The student is able to use English to express personal opinions and thoughts fluently on issues they are interested in. But s/he is not able to receive foreigners to talk about work or business in English. E.g. The student is able to express his/her opinions when participating a social event, but s/he is not able to use business entertainment English such as "Would you like coffee or tea?".
The student understands English stories, comics, commercials, short plays, short writings and letters. But s/he cannot read and understand the article about work and business. E.g. The student understands the new Apple product catalogue, but s/he does not understand the business writing format so s/he cannot totally understand the catalogue, like the terms and conditions section.
