實習,是畢業生或在校生為未來進入企業就業的一個過程。實習為想要在各自領域獲得實務經驗的大學生提供了第一手的機會,但是,相反的大部分的雇主的心態往往相反,眼中見到的只有實習提供的免費或廉價勞動力,極盡可能的規避法規,到最後實習生的工作不是缺乏訓練價值,也不會有合理薪資及未來職位,你認為這樣合理嗎?我們先來看一下以下的影片,學習一下本課相關的單字片語:

能在任何商务或社交情境中有效沟通。文法错误和流畅度不会影响沟通。需要加强非常特殊且难度较高之商务和社交字汇。

can communicate effectively in any business or social situation. Grammar mistakes and fluency doesn't affect communication. S/he needs to improve very specific and high level business and social vocabulary.


英语能力等同于受过高等教育之母语人士,在各种场合都能使用适当的策略作最有效的沟通。

English language abilities are equivalent to the linguistic competence of a native speaker who has received higher education. Students can use English effectively and precisely under all kinds of circumstances.


Listening

能聽懂各國腔調、俚語及種族特殊用語,且能聽懂各類主題及體裁的內容,理解程度相當於受過高等教育的母語人士。 實例:能聽懂國際學術會議中各國學者之發表,對於各國腔調及用語皆能理解,理解程度相當於受過高等教育的母語人士。

Student understands different English accents, idioms and slang terms, understand English in various forms and context at a highly advanced level. Student's level is similar to a highly educated native English speaker. E.g. Student understands the presentations present by scholars from different countries at an international academic conference. S/he understands the accents from different countries and his/her comprehension level is similar to a highly educated native English speaker.

Speaking

能在一般會議或專業研討會中報告或發表意見,也能在各種不同場合適切引用文化知識及慣用詞語,以正確流利之英語表達看法。 實例:能於國際比較文學會議中以正確流利之英語進行個人論文報告或發表意見,並能在會議場合中適切引用文化知識及慣用詞語。

Students are able to express opinions or give feedbacks in meetings or seminars in English, s/he is also able to express personal opinions on all sorts of issues in fluent English. E.g. The student is able to use correct and fluent English to present his/her academic paper or express his/her opinion in an international comparative literature meeting. The student is also able to appropriately cite cultural knowledge or idioms appropriately in a conference.

Reading

能閱讀文學作品、專業期刊、學術著作及文獻等專業領域的文章。但閱讀速度及理解程度尚未與母語人士相當。 實例:能閱讀醫學相關期刊,但由於不熟悉新醫學詞彙或相關用語,而使閱讀速度無法與母語人士相當。

Student is able to read literal English work, academic writings and professional articles. But his/her reading and comprehension speed is not as fast as native speakers. E.g. The student understands medical publications, but his/her reading speed is slower than native speakers because s/he is not familiar with medical vocabulary.
